royal caribbean's navigator of the seas

sculpture

The Navigator of the Seas is a wonderful ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet of cruise ships. We are lucky enough to have set sail in this vessel on a recent Caribbean cruise.

The ship is immense - it is a destination unto itself. It holds and entertains over 3,000 passengers. A few of the highlights of the ship include:

  • 9 Hole Miniature Golf Course
  • Ice Skating Rink
  • Rock Climbing Wall
  • Full Sized Basketball Court
  • Day Spa and Fitness Center
  • 3 Level Formal Dining Room
  • Casino
  • Run / Walk Track
  • 3 Pools / Numerous Hot Tubs

Travel on Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas is extremely comfortable. The ship's large size makes travel smooth even on the roughest seas. Motion is always noticeable but not at all objectionable.

The interior architecture and design of the ship is wonderful. All areas have a modern feel to them and are a feast for the eyes. The most visually spectacular part of the ship is the Royal Promenade, an open mall area in the center of the ship spanning 3 levels. Overall, Navigator of the Seas has 14 levels - the biggest challenge of your cruise will be to see every area of the ship. The interior pictures on this page showcase the great design of the ship.
